Rush Orders
Rush order fees, depend on the size of the order and the "hassle" factor.
MBM Collectionz turnaround time is 3-5 business, not including shipping. If you need your item sooner, we can accommodate you with a rush order fee and expedited shipping cost. This allows us to put your order at the head of our production queue.
If you need to receive your personalized item in less than 3 working days, a rush fee of $30.00 will be applied. In addition, next day overnight shipping service is required to guarantee delivery by a specified delivery date.
Before you place your order on the website, please email us at mmartin@mbmcollectionz.com to request the “3-day rush” service related to your order. All applicable rush charges must be paid before production begins. Please use the subject line: “ 3 – day rush order”. In your email message please include your cell phone number and the best time to call you. We can send you an invoice to be paid.
