How Do I Place An Order?
At MBM Collectionz, you can use our customize your own text, art, and images to hundreds of trendy styles. There are no minimums, which means you can order 1 or 1,000. We'll print'em and ship 'em.
Start with a blank it or start by customizing one of the designs in our gallery.
Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We highly recommend that all orders are placed through our website. If you have questions, we'd be happy to walk you through the process via our chat feature (available in the header of this page).
Coupons and Promotions
To redeem coupon codes online, you must enter your coupon code in your shopping cart while checking out. You will find the promo code field on the lower left part of the page, just below your last item. Don't forget to click apply. Your price will adjust with the use of a valid coupon code.
Coupon codes and promotions cannot be combined with any other promotion, coupon or group discount. No adjustments on previous purchases. Coupons and promotions offered may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
Order cancellations must be done within 1 hour after placing an order. There will be a 50% production fee based on the price of the order (shipping is excluded).
To ensure your order is processed as quickly as possible, your card will be charged the day you place your order. We will get your order started the following business day. If your order is canceled for any reason, be assured that we will initiate your refund within 24 hours. Please be aware your bank may take 5-10 business days to process the refund and credit your account.
Payment and Shipping
At MBM Collections, we believe in delivering your order to you as quickly as possible and at a reasonable price. We will email you a tracking number once your order has shipped.
In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable, a fee of $10 USD will be charged to reship the package for domestic U.S. shipments. Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.
How to care for your custom garment
Always wash your face coverings after each use, for maximum protection. They’re machine washable (up to 140 degrees) but aren’t suitable for tumble drying.
Please note: custom face masks are NOT medical grade masks (which are recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) as an infection preventative measure, i.e. grade FFP2/N95).
So please DO NOT purchase custom face masks with the false understanding they will prevent infection from Coronavirus.
They are more about protecting others to reduce spread.
Due to the personal hygiene nature of the product, your custom face masks are non-returnable.

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). We also offer "PayPal". You will still check out on our site, but you will be able to select payment and shipping options from the saved information in your Paypal account.
Can I exchange my order?
YWe can issue a merchandise credit so you can place the new order, or we can help facilitate the exchange process. Please give us a chat or email and we will gladly help with this process.
What is your return policy?
For health and safety precautions, customized face items are not returnable and not refundable.
If you are not in love with your item, contact us within 5 days.
We handle every issue on a case-by-case basis and we'll do what it takes to make it right.
Please remember to review your design, spelling, names, dates and the product size chart prior to ordering. We are a print-on-demand company and all items are printed especially for you!
You are welcome to contact us if you have any questions about customization or sizing before placing your order.
Your item arrives incorrect, incomplete, damaged or in any way defective we will resolve the problem immediately. Simply send a photo of the issue to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get a new item to you or issue a store credit.
The merchandise must be returned in its original condition. If worn, or any wear/tear, there will be NO EXCHANGE. Any worn or damaged items will NOT be accepted.
Merchandise must be exchanged within 5 days from your date of purchase.
The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Back Orders & Discontinued Items
We monitor our the inventory of our vendors constantly. If it looks like our vendors are running out of an item, we try very hard to pause the item before their inventories get to zero.
However, if our vendors are suddenly out of stock, we will make every effort to contact you. In either case you can substitute another item of equal or lesser value or receive a full refund.
Rush order fees, depend on the size of the order and the "hassle" factor.
MBM Collectionz turnaround time is 3-5 business, not including shipping. If you need your item sooner, we can accommodate you with a rush order fee and expedited shipping cost. This allows us to put your order at the head of our production queue.
If you need to receive your personalized item in less than 3 working days, a rush fee of 35% of order value or $30.00, whichever is greater, will be applicable. In addition, next day overnight shipping service is required to guarantee delivery by a specified delivery date.
Before you place your order on the website, please email us at email@example.com to request the “3-day rush” service related to your order. All applicable rush charges must be paid before production begins. Please use the subject line: “ 3 – day rush order”. In your email message please include your cell phone number and the best time to call you. We can send you an invoice to be paid.
